Whether on a second or tenth date the first time a women comes over to your
place she will always feel a bit out of her comfort zone. It stands that the more women are displaced from their comfort zone, and general the more they are threatened, the more they will search out that which is familiar. She is a creature of habits. So much so that in the occasions that when exposed to someone else habitual “lifestyle patterns” she tend to incorporate them even in the face of personal and physical damage (i.e. think smoking and over drinking). Where identified, patterns should always be used in the seduction process.
Before you leave on your date line up a few pair of shoes by the front door. Make sure that no slippers are included in the bunch. If at all possible place one pair of Sneakers (the sneakers implies active and on the go) and two sets of you best shows (presuming you’re not wearing the on your date). When you return from your date for an evening cocktail quickly remove your shoes and TELL her (don’t ask) to do the same. When she sees the shoes line up on the floor s he will naturally assume that you don’t like people walking with shoes on your rug/floor.
The notion behind taking off her shoes is two folds:
1. She will naturally feel more comfortable
2. You’ve set a pattern of taking off an article of cloth
If she is resisting taking off her shoes; most likely she is conscious of how her feet look (think hammer toes, corns etc…) The best way to play this is to suggest that her “feet must be killing her” and that she should take “those heels off and show off your corns”. At this point she will either gasp at the suggestion of having busted feet or she will take it as an opportunity to acknowledge her embarrassment. Make sure you let her know that it’s ok. This technique has several side benefits. It subtlety establishes you as the alpha man, suggests that you like your house clean and creates a patterns of give and take.
Survival Tip: If it’s summer or springtime, leave the house at a little bit above room temperature, just enough warmth so that is appears natural for some clothes to be removed (you first). A more advance move is to go buy a book on foot massages and place it on your coffee table. It won’t be long before she spots the book- she will either suggest a massage or you can delicately offer to teach her what you’ve learn.

Regarding, taking your shoes off, I do not and will not enter a house that mandates me to take my shoes off. I see it more a question of control. Some women may see it the same way.
