As we reflect on the lessons and life of Martin Luther King Jr., undoubtedly, a slew of positive adjectives come to mind. MLK embodied integrity, non-violence and most of all love. But in a world of 10+% of unemployment, male college enrollment and graduation down by almost 20% since the early 1980’s, and women outliving men by a margin of 5+ years, we shouldn’t neglect one of MLK’s most significant value: Actionable Excellence.
